I haven't got an ordinance page built yet, Hey I do this for free , so I thought I'd throw this one here for now. As it pretains to the water rates which will go into effect for your July Water Bills.

The meat of the ordinance is as follows.

1. The minimum monthly rate for water shall be $15.00.
2. The rate for water based upon gallons used for the month shall be in accordance with the following schedule: $1.83 per thousand gallons(Rounded to the nearest 1000 gallons per month.)
3. Upon usage of 5,001 gallons rates go to $1.00 per thousand gallons which includes equal amount for sewer.

This ordinance was actually rewritten and the water and sewer rates are on separate ordinances now. The water rate structure is still the same. But the sewer rate will be $11.25 for the base rate, and 75% of your bill thereafter.
